Job Description:
As a Site Superintendent at Ziman Development, you will play a crucial role in transforming visions into grand living spaces. We are seeking a motivated professional with the right skills and experiences who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adept at communicating and overseeing all phases of custom home construction. From the initial groundbreaking to the final touches, your expertise will guide the seamless execution of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Allocation & Verifying Material Take offs: Responsible for efficient resource allocation and verifying material take-offs to ensure accurate project execution, cost control, and timely procurement of materials.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to align and implement all project elements effectively.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control: Oversee construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure all work adheres to Ziman Development’s quality standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by developing strategic plans and processes to proactively mitigate potential delays and cost overruns

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve construction-related issues, including scheduling conflicts, supply chain delays, and other operational challenges.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in residential construction and an understanding of industry standards.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the construction industry.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience with construction management software and related tools.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, quick decisions under pressure.
