We have a sales funnel website that is linked to a CRM (client relationship management) platform that identifies qualified prospects, starts a conversation, and sends a text notification to sales when a visitor has been identified as a qualified prospect.

10. We send a monthly message to all of our past and current clients, all architects, interior designers, and realtors in our market, as well as our sub-contractors and suppliers to generate a continuous pipeline of "Best Fit" client referrals.
