Project: Custom Built Homes – Naples, Florida
I am a Structural Engineer, Builder, and General Contractor who specializes in consulting for people having homes built by other Builders. I inspect homes 6 or 7 times during construction to make sure the Builder is doing a good job. I have inspected homes built by practically every Builder in SW Florida, and none can compare to 41 West for workmanship, and the desire to provide the best product they possible. If I was going to have a house built, 41 West is the builder I would want.Len Gluckstal, Golden Rule Home Inspections
Project: Luxury Home Kitchen, Bath and Patio Remodel – California
Mike Seay at AAA Development first remodeled our two main bathrooms about 10 years ago. He was recommended by a friend. We were impressed with his itemized bid and his change order process. That level of financial and process transparency were key to selecting him asour contractor. The bathrooms are beautiful and exactly as we wanted them. Wewanted him to work on both of our bathrooms at the same time, and he moved veryquickly because we were showering at the gym and at work.
When we wanted to remodel our kitchen, we asked Mike to bid on the process. For many reasons we selected him as our contractor: financial transparency, arranging for all the sub-contractor work himself (instead of us having to workwith a cabinet maker separately), reasonable cost. Again, we love our new kitchen. The workmanship is great. Mike was completely happy to do some unconventional things for us, like creating an open pantry without cabinet doors. One of the other bidders told us we wouldn't like it, but we do like it!
Now Mike is working on our backyard. We interviewed several landscape contractors and other contractors to redo our backyard. After not finding anyone we liked, we asked Mike for a bid on repairing the patio cover, removing all the existing hardscape, and pouring us a new patio. His bid was completely reasonable. We just trust Mike now.
You know how you sometimes get cold calls from people who want to work on your house. I always reply now, "Thanks, but I already have a contractor!"Mavanzuyle on Houzz
Project: Custom Built Home – The Moorings, Naples Florida
I had already hired this company to carry out a minor project for me in 2009 and, whilst the project was very small in comparison to their overall building projects, I received the very best of attention from all of the employees at 41 West and, moreover, their pricing was very competitive. So when I decided to purchase a plot of land and build a family home, I had no hesitation in contacting 41 West for a quotation to build our new home. I did "shop" around and did get compensative prices from other builders but, again, the service and advice I received from 41 West, and because of their past history, I engaged them to build our bespoke home. They laid the "slab" in January and by August we had a new home!!! The quality of workmanship left nothing to be desired and still to this day they are in contact with me ensuring that any minor niggles are sorted out. I should also mention that I reside in the U.K. and I only had time to visit the build project on a couple of occasions so it was very reassuring knowing that a project of this size was in very capable hands.Kathy & Danny Jones, Great Britain

Upon first meeting Ken, we found him willing to listen to our needs as well as offering suggestions we might consider in the building process. We were certain at this point that we had made the right decision in selecting a builder. Ken's team is both professional and enjoyable to work with in the construction of our new home. Ken is an organized and hands on builder. He is frequently found on the job site checking the progress and the quality of the workmanship. Ken did not hesitate to call us for clarification and updates during the construction process. Phone calls madeto Ken were promptly returned. We felt excellent communication existed betweenus during the building process! Building a home during the winter months can be tricky due to weather. Even with several snowfalls and frigid winter temperatures, our home was 99% completed for our scheduled move date. After our move, just a few contracted items still needed to be completed. Upon composing a list of these items, Ken clearly communicated a timetable for completion of each item on the list. We were most impressed that he worked through each item in the list in a timely manner without reminders from us. Within three months after our move, Ken had completed everything in our new home. Ken takes pride in his work and believes his homes are a reflection of his abilities as a builder.
We found working with Common Wealth Building and Design a rewarding andsatisfying experience. He is the best builder and an excellent individual. We would not hesitate building another home with Mr. Ken Johnson.

Project: Historical Home Remodel – Houston, TX
I would highly recommend Sabo Construction. I hired Ed Sabo to take over a project that was initially started by a different contractor. Ed stepped in, took over the project and he was a pleasure to work with. Job was done fast and smooth, with high attention todetail and craftsmanship.
Project was building on a master suite to small bungalow located in a historic district. Ed made the process smooth and worked with us with small changes hereand there in order to get the project to come together.
We are getting rave reviews over our new spa like bathroom and our barn doors used in our laundry room.
Since we had a new born baby we were in a hurry to finish, I would venture tosay that excluding Sundays, 95% of the time somebody was on our jobsite working daily.
Wish we had hired Ed from the start, would have saved us from a lot of headaches with our initial contractor. Don't make that mistake, hire Sabo Contraction from the start and have your project done right!Brian Putallaz
